Teams & athletics

The whole roster, one wheels-up.

Depart when the game ends, land at the field nearest campus, and give the business office an itemised file it can approve. Golf team to travel party — and an honest answer when the roster outgrows the catalogue.

What team travel actually turns on

  • The schedule is the product

Leave when the game ends, not when the airline says. A Saturday-night tip-off with a Sunday matinee somewhere else is an ordinary charter itinerary and an impossible airline one — and our search prices up to four legs, checking the runway at every stop.

  • Gear travels in the hold, not as a problem

Sticks, pads, poles, clubs and cases go in the aircraft with the team. No oversize-baggage negotiation at a counter, no equipment arriving on the next flight the morning of a competition.

  • College towns mean regional runways

The fields nearest campus are usually regional — and several university airfields sit near 5,000 ft of pavement, which welcomes the light and midsize cabins a travel party uses and quietly rules out the biggest jets. We compute that per field, below.

  • A file your business office can approve

Every trip produces an itemised quote — operator price, our disclosed fee, taxes as separate lines — plus the named Part 135 operator and certificate, a signed agreement, and receipts. Whoever signs off on spend gets a complete record, not a blended number.

How does your travel party fly?

The same arithmetic as our group planner, tuned to nothing — because roster maths is just seat maths. Golf and tennis fit one cabin; a basketball travel party usually means two; a football program is an airliner conversation, and it says so.

4 aircraft we publish seat 16 on one tail

Cheapest cabin first. Hourly figures are indicative market ranges for the class, not a quote for a specific aircraft.

Straight answers

How big a travel party can you move?
The largest aircraft in our published catalogue seat 19, which covers golf, tennis and most small-roster parties on one tail. A basketball or hockey travel party usually means two aircraft; a football program is airliner territory, which we source but do not publish specifications for. The planner on this page shows all three answers at your actual number.
Can you handle a multi-stop road trip?
Yes — a road swing is a multi-city itinerary, and our search prices up to four legs with the runway checked at every field the trip touches, not just the first pair. Recruiting trips, which are small parties and many stops, are the same shape flown lighter.
What about NCAA or conference compliance?
That is your compliance office's call, not ours, and we would not pretend otherwise. What we provide is what their sign-off needs: itemised pricing with our fee disclosed, the named operator and FAA certificate, the signed agreement and the payment record — a complete file, per trip.
Do you charge more for team trips?
No. The fee is the same disclosed percentage of the operator's price as any other trip, and it falls with your booking history — a program that flies all season reaches the lower tiers the same way any client does. If a trip needs two aircraft, you see the operator cost of each.
Equipment weight — does it change the aircraft?
Sometimes, and it is better said up front: a full gear load on a short college-town runway can push a trip from one cabin class to another, or add a fuel stop. Tell us the real load and we quote the trip that actually works, rather than the one that looks cheapest until the day.
