How a quote reads
Two numbers, not one.
Every quote separates what the operator charges from what we charge. You can see the market price for your trip and decide whether our fee is worth paying — which is the point.
The figures below are a worked example on a round hypothetical, not a price for any route. We publish only rates we have confirmed with an operator.

Each quote also states how long the price holds — normally 48 hours — because charter availability moves underneath a stale number.

Why publish your fee at all?
Because the alternative is worse for you. Most brokers bury their margin inside a single number, so you cannot tell whether a high quote is an expensive aircraft or an expensive broker. We show the operator's price and our fee separately, which means you can judge both.
So what does a flight cost?
It depends, and anyone who answers otherwise before sourcing your trip is guessing. Charter pricing moves with aircraft availability, where the aircraft is positioned, the season and the airports involved. What we can promise is the fee on top — and that it will be the number on this page.
Are there other charges?
The quote is all-in for the trip as described: operator price, our disclosed fee, and applicable taxes and fees. Changes you request after booking — a new date, an extra leg, catering added late — can change the operator's price, and we will show you that before anything is charged.
Do you take payment from the operator too?
No. We are paid by the fee on this page and nothing else. We do not accept volume incentives or placement payments from operators, because that would quietly turn 'the right aircraft for your trip' into 'the aircraft that pays us most'.
How does the loyalty rate get applied?
It is automatic. Your confirmed and completed bookings are counted automatically, and the fee on your next quote reflects the tier you have reached — 8% after your first flight, 7% from your 11th onward.
