Air Charter Broker Disclosure

Altessair LLC ("Altessair", "we") is an air charter broker. We act as an authorized agent for our clients in arranging air transportation. We are not a direct air carrier, we do not own or operate aircraft, and we do not hold FAA air carrier operating authority.

All flights arranged by Altessair are performed by direct air carriers certificated by the Federal Aviation Administration under 14 CFR Part 135. The operating carrier — identified to you before your flight — exercises full operational control of the flight at all times, including decisions regarding crew, maintenance, weather, and safety.

Consistent with 14 CFR Part 295 (the DOT's air charter broker regulations), we will disclose, upon your request: the identity of the direct air carrier, the total cost of the air transportation, and any fees or charges collected by us.

Public charter note

Altessair arranges single-entity, on-demand charters. We do not sell individual seats to the public.

Client funds

Payments are collected by Altessair and remitted to the operating carrier. Our brokerage fee is shown as its own line on every quote.

Insurance

Operating carriers maintain the insurance required for their operations; we verify coverage before contracting. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
