Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Altessair website and services operated by Altessair LLC.

1. What we do

We are an air charter broker: we arrange air transportation performed by FAA Part 135-certificated direct air carriers. See our Broker Disclosure. Nothing on this site is an offer of air transportation by us.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are firm for the validity window stated on each quote and may be withdrawn before acceptance. A booking exists when you accept a quote, sign the charter trip agreement, and payment is received. Each booking is additionally governed by its trip agreement; if these terms conflict with a signed trip agreement, the trip agreement controls.

3. Payments

Payments are collected by Altessair and remitted to the operating carrier. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card or bank account numbers.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rights and refund schedules are stated in each trip agreement. Operator-initiated cancellations without an acceptable recovery option result in a refund.

5. Limitation of liability

The operating carrier is solely responsible for the operation of each flight.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
