FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions we get asked most, answered plainly.
Are you an airline? Who actually operates my flight?

We are an air charter broker, not an airline and not a direct air carrier. Every flight we arrange is operated by an air carrier certificated by the FAA under Part 135 of the federal aviation regulations. The operator — not us — has operational control of the flight: their aircraft, their crew, their safety systems.

How is the price determined?

Charter pricing moves with aircraft availability, positioning, season, and airport specifics. We source your trip across our operator network, negotiate the operator's price, and quote you an all-in number that includes our brokerage compensation. The quote states exactly how long the price holds.

How do you vet operators?

Before we quote an operator's aircraft we verify their FAA Part 135 certificate, confirm insurance currency, and check third-party safety audits (ARGUS, WYVERN, IS-BAO) where held. We keep these records per operator and re-check them over time.

What if my flight is cancelled or the weather turns?

It happens in charter — weather, mechanical issues, crew duty limits. If the operator cannot perform, we work to recover the trip on another aircraft; if no acceptable option exists, you receive a refund per the trip agreement. Day-of changes come to you from us directly, with options.

How do payments work?

After you accept a quote and sign the trip agreement, you pay securely online — credit card or ACH bank transfer, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Funds are collected by us as your broker and remitted to the operator.

Do I need a membership or jet card?

No. We charter on demand: you pay for the trips you take, and a quote costs nothing.

How far in advance should I book?

More notice means more options, but the charter market is built for speed — we can often source aircraft within 24–48 hours, sometimes same-day. Send the request and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.

Can you arrange international trips?

Yes, subject to the operator's authority and any applicable customs and permit requirements. International trips may require passenger passport details, which we only collect when a specific trip requires them.
