For operators
Your price stays your price.
The terms, plainly
Your price stays your price
You quote what the trip is worth to you. Our 10% fee is added on top and shown to the client as its own line — we never ask you to discount into our margin, and the client can see we didn't.
No cost, no exclusivity, no volume
Joining is free, staying is free, and there is no minimum. Quote the requests that suit your fleet and your schedule; ignore the ones that don't. You keep flying for everyone else you fly for.
Requests worth reading
Every request reaching you has a route, dates, a passenger count and a reachable client behind it, and has already been through spam screening. We would rather send you three real trips than thirty maybes.
We verify, once, up front
Certificate, insurance certificate and safety rating are checked before you receive anything — the same verification we tell clients we do, done once instead of trip by trip.
What the client actually sees
Quote a trip at $37,200 and the client's screen reads: operator price $37,200, Altessair fee (10%) $3,720, taxes as invoiced — three lines that add up exactly. Your number is never blended, marked up invisibly, or negotiated down to fund our side. The fee ladder is published, so you can hold us to it.
How it works
1
Apply
The form below — who you are, what you fly, where it lives. Two minutes.
2
We verify
Part 135 certificate, insurance and rating, by a person. This is the step that makes the network mean something.
3
Requests arrive
When a trip fits your fleet and your bases, a broker sends it to you with the full picture: route, dates, passengers.
4
You quote your number
Whatever the trip is worth to you. It reaches the client with our fee and taxes as separate lines on top.
5
Fly and get paid
The client signs and pays through the platform before wheels up; your invoice is your quoted price.

Straight answers
- What does it cost to join?
- Nothing — no joining fee, no listing fee, no subscription. We make our money as a disclosed percentage added on top of your price when a trip actually flies, so we only do well when you do.
- Do you take a cut of my quote?
- No, and this is the part worth checking rather than believing: our published fee model adds 10% on top of the operator's price and shows the client both numbers. Your quote arrives at the client intact. The fee ladder is on our pricing page for anyone to read.
- What do you need from us?
- An FAA Part 135 certificate, a current insurance certificate, and honesty about the fleet — types, bases, and any operational limits worth knowing before we send you a trip that doesn't fit. A safety rating (ARGUS, Wyvern, IS-BAO) helps but its absence is not disqualifying for the right operator.
- Is there an operator dashboard?
- Not yet, and we would rather tell you that than demo vapourware. Today requests reach you by email from a named broker and you quote by reply — a conversation, not a login. When an operator portal exists it will be because operators in the network asked for one.
- Will you publish our fleet or pricing?
- No. Nothing you tell us appears on this site. The aircraft pages here describe types in general, never your tail numbers, and every price a client sees on this site is a market band, never your quote.
- What kind of trips will we see?
- US-centric on-demand charter, from light jet hops to ultra-long-range and multi-leg itineraries, plus group work. Requests are matched to your fleet and bases rather than blasted to everyone — a Phenom operator in Florida does not hear about a transpacific heavy trip.
Curious how the client side works before you apply? The journey end to end and what we tell clients about safety are both public.
