Privacy Policy
This policy is being finalized; the trip agreement you sign governs your booking. Last updated August 2026.
What we collect — and what we deliberately don't
To arrange charter flights we collect only what the work requires: your name, contact details (email, phone), and trip details (routes, dates, passenger counts, preferences). We do not ask for passport numbers, government ID numbers, or dates of birth unless a specific trip (for example, an international itinerary) requires them — and then only for that trip.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Where your data lives
Account and trip data is stored with Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL, encrypted at rest). Transactional email is sent through Resend. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics run through Vercel Analytics (no cross-site tracking cookies).
Sharing
We share trip details with the operating carrier as needed to perform your flight, and with service providers listed above. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Booking and agreement records are retained for as long as required for legal, tax, and insurance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and non-required data by emailing advisors@altessair.com.
