For companies
Charter your team flies on.
What the fee ladder is worth at your volume
Our published rates applied flight by flight, because the tier depends on how many you have already completed. The operator cost is yours to supply.
The operator cost is yours to supply — we are not estimating what your trips cost. This applies our published fee ladder to it, flight by flight, because the tier depends on how many you have already completed.
What a corporate account actually is here
Four things, all of which already exist in the product rather than in a brochure.
One account, several travellers
Executives, teams and guests book against the same account. Every request, quote, agreement and payment is in one place rather than scattered across inboxes, which is what makes the record usable at year end.
A fee that falls as you fly
10% on the first trip, 8% after that, and 7% permanently once you have completed 10. Applied automatically from your booking history — there is nothing to negotiate and nothing to renew.
The operator's price, shown
Every quote separates what the operator charges from what we add. For a company that has to justify travel spend internally, a single blended number is the problem; this is the answer to it.
Nothing paid up front
No membership, no retainer, no prepaid hours, no minimum. If you fly twice this year and not again, you have lost nothing — which is the honest advantage of a broker over a card.
Straight answers
- Is this a corporate jet card or a programme?
- No. We do not sell jet cards, fractional shares, leases or prepaid hour blocks, and we would rather say so than dress a brokerage account up as a programme. You pay per trip, the fee is disclosed, and the rate falls with your history. If a card genuinely suits your flying better, the comparison tool on this site will show you that.
- How does the fee tier work across several travellers?
- The tier follows the account, not the individual. Completed bookings across everyone travelling on it count towards the 10 that move you permanently to 7%, which is the sense in which consolidating with one broker is worth something.
- Can we set travel policy limits?
- Tell your broker the constraints — cabin class, maximum spend, approved operators, who may authorise a booking — and quotes come back inside them. This is handled by a person rather than by software today, which is honest to say: it works, and it does not scale to hundreds of bookings a month without us telling you first.
- What do we get for accounting?
- Each booking carries a reference, the signed agreement, the operator's price, our fee and the tax as separate lines, and the payment record. Everything is in the portal and can be exported by your broker on request.
- Do you handle international travel?
- We source it. What we publish on this site is US airport and aircraft data, which is what we have verified — international trips are quoted by hand rather than priced from a table, and the page will tell you when it cannot resolve a field automatically rather than guessing.
